1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from ThePouchVault (thepouchvault.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 19 years of age to purchase from ThePouchVault. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified. Canada Post will require valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery for age verification purposes.

3. Products & Nicotine Warning

All products sold by ThePouchVault contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. Our products are intended for adult consumers of nicotine only. They are not intended for:

  • Persons under 19 years of age
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
  • Persons with heart conditions or high blood pressure
  • Non-nicotine users or those attempting to quit nicotine

Product descriptions, flavour profiles, and nicotine strengths are provided for informational purposes. Always use nicotine products responsibly.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely via Sola Payments. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.

International customers may be shown pricing in USD or GBP via our currency converter. The final charge will reflect the CAD equivalent at the time of transaction plus any applicable conversion fees.

5. Shipping

We ship within Canada via Canada Post Priority with age verification. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. ThePouchVault is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Canada: $12.99 flat rate — free on orders over $120
  • USA: $19.99 flat rate
  • International: $39.99 flat rate

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. ThePouchVault is not liable for packages seized by customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of nicotine products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thepouchvault.com with your order number and photos. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement provided they have not yet been fulfilled. Contact us immediately at hello@thepouchvault.com. Once an order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

ThePouchVault reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, failed age verification, or items being out of stock. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on thepouchvault.com including logos, images, text, and design is the property of ThePouchVault or its respective brand owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ThePouchVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
